Order Processing
All orders are processed in the sequence received and generally ship within 2 business days of receipt of the order (transfers and large orders may require additional time).
Expedited orders (2nd Day Air) are prioritized in our queue for rapid processing, however that not does guarantee your order will be delivered within 2 days. By requesting 2nd Day shipping, you will ensure that your order will be delivered within 2 business days after it has left our facility. We make every effort to ship all orders daily, however due to heavy volume we are not always able to do so. Also, UPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays as part of their 2nd Day Air service.

Shipping Restrictions
Due to state or local legislation we are unable ship to the following states: Kentucky, Oklahoma, Tennessee, and Utah
Due to state or local legislation we are unable ship TOYS/VIDEO to the following states: Alabama, Arkansas, Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, and Mississippi.
We are also unable to ship to zip codes that begin with any of the following three digits:

Tracking your package

US Orders: After placing an order that will be shipped by UPS or US Postal Service you can find the tracking link to your package by logging into your account and viewing its status. We will also send you a confirmation email containing your Tracking information.

International Orders: Tracking may not be not available for international orders.

International Orders

Please note, international customers must have equipment that is NTSC compatible. Returns cannot be accepted based on incompatibilities.

Return Policy

How do I return a product?
Contact a Customer Service Representative at 818-501-8372 to explain why you want to return your product. They'll give you a Return Authorization (RA) number to write on your Return Form. CLICK HERE for a printable version of the Return Form. Your Return Shipment must be shipped within 30 days of the day your order shipped (the "Ship Date" on your invoice). Properly completed returns are eligible for prepaid shipping; your Customer Service Representative will give you instructions for obtaining a mailing label.

What items are eligible for return?
DVDs If the original packaging and seal is still intact, you may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for merchandise credit less a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges are not refundable. If the DVD is defective you may return the product to us within 30 days from purchase for replacement with an identical item.

Novelties
Due to health and safety concerns we are unable to accept any return of autographed novelty items. There can be no exceptions.

What items are NOT eligible for return?

We cannot accept return based on any of the following reasons:
Items did not arrive in time for your party.
Dislike the content of the DVD
It looked different once it got here.
Items purchased as a gift and no longer needed.
Orders cancelled by email. Cancellations must be completed by telephone at 818.501.8372 between the hours of 9 AM and 5 PM Pacific Time.

Other things to keep in mind:
If you return products that you did not purchase on our site, we assume no responsibility for those products and they will not be returned under any circumstances.
If a package is returned to our facility without reason, we may contact you via the telephone to resolve the issue in a timely fashion.
International Customers are responsible for Duty Taxes and Shipping Charges if an order is refused.
Items that are returned after 30 days or not in accordance with the above will not be credited or returned
